The Guardians of Martin County is pleased to share this letter in support of Florida Power & Light’s proposed “White Tail Solar Energy Center”.
The solar site is located off Citrus Blvd., 3 miles east of Indiantown.
The Guardians’ believe “White Tail” will provide environmental and economic benefits.
The project is part of FPL’s plan to install more than 30 million solar panels around the state by 2030, making it a world leader in solar-energy production.
The request for final site plan approval is on the agenda for the June 16, 2020 Martin County Commission meeting.
