The Treasure Coast Regional Planning Council has determined that, due to failure to meet deadlines for responding to requests for information, the Hobe Grove application for a Development of Regional Impact has been deemed withdrawn.
The TCRPC has refunded the unused portion of the application fee and notified Hobe Grove that its application is no longer under consideration.
Martin County earlier declared the Hobe Grove PUD application withdrawn.
It appears that, at least for the foreseeable future, the Hobe Grove DRI, like the Harmony DRI, will not be moving forward.
