The Guardians of Martin County are pleased to join with dozens of organizations from around the state pushing for cleaner water. The Clean Water Declaration was announced on the lawn in Orlando next to the Department of Environmental Protection on December 12, 2013. It calls for the improvement of water quality statewide.
