Can the federal government be assured massive loans to this proposed passenger rail service will be paid back?
Citizens on the Treasure Coast who may be negatively impacted in other ways by the high-speed passenger service between Miami and Orlando deserve an answer. And, elected officials owe their constituents that answer.
